In 1999, our founder opened the first Daily Bread bakery with a vision to create a welcoming space where people could gather around a communal table and share fresh, honest food. What started as a small neighborhood bakery has grown into a beloved community institution.
We believe in the slow food movement - taking time to source the best organic ingredients, using traditional baking methods, and creating food that nourishes both body and soul. Our sourdough starter is over 20 years old, lovingly maintained and used in our signature breads.
Every morning before dawn, our bakers begin the ancient ritual of kneading, shaping, and baking. The aroma of fresh bread fills our cafes, welcoming early risers and creating a sense of home and comfort.
Today, we're proud to serve thousands of guests every day, but our mission remains the same: to create delicious, wholesome food that brings people together.
